I created a virtual lighting design for the song ‘Cinderella Honeymoon’ by Hiromi Iwasaki for a theoretical production in the Royal Albert Hall for the Profile Awards Competition using a rig designed by Durham Marenghi.

I chose the song due to its mixture of lyrical verses which are complemented by rhythmic and punchy instrumental interludes. I was inspired by the dance troop ‘Avantgardey’ who performed to this song, and I tried to emulate the dynamism of their dance style in my lighting.

I used ETC Eos software to programme the lights in Capture.
